Introduction of SL4 lubricant

Our company has studied and developed the special SL4 PTFE plugged solid lubricant for water contacting applications. SL4 lubricants also is called "Water Graphite" comparing to normal graphite adds for oiles bearing bushing and slide pad.  

Introduction of bronze

The bronze base material is alumininum bronze CuAl10Fe5Nie, it is with good hardness, anti-wear and good performance of anti-corrosive. It is a better material for bushing or pad used in sea water, water jet, boat engine, offshore applications.

Structures of oilless bronze bearings

There are three kinds of SL4 PTFE plugged bearings:

1. Oiles bronze cylinder sleeve bushing

2. Oiles bronze flanged sleeve bush

3. Oilles slide bearing pad with MoS2 coating
